Sanghamam Multistate Co-operative Credit Society Ltd. started its Calicut branch operations. The Promoters Committee of the branch was formed in the promoters' meeting held at Asma Tower, Calicut.
To monitor the activities of the Calicut branch, an Executive Committee of Promoters was formed. Mr. M. A. Mehaboob, Mr. T. P. Nazeer Hussain, Mr. P. Mammoo Engineer, Mr. Ashiq, Mr. K. S. Sharafudheen, Mr. P. Zakeer, Mr. K. M. Najeeb, Mr. Nabeel Kamarudheen, Mr. P. T. Haneefa Haji, Mr. P. K. Abdul Razaq, Mr. K. Abdul Hakeem, Adv. Faizal P., Mr. P. N. Imbichikoya, Abdul Azeez K. P., Mr. T. C. Ahammed, Mr. Mohammed Kasim, Mr. T. P. Abdulla, Mr. Raziq Ahmed, Mr. Manutti, Mr. E. T. Feroze and Mr. P. N. Ali were elected to the Promoters' Executive Committee.
Sanghamam President Mr. T. K. Hussain presided the meeting. Director K. Mohammed Palath introduced the working style and services of Sanghamam. Managing Director K. Shamsuddin also addressed the gathering.
